Mass coating
Mass coating or bulk coating is the most economical coating process for small parts. Small metal parts are coated safely and cost-effectively at Adelhelm. For example, in the dipping-centrifugation coating process, or with the aid of immersion drums in which the coating is gently applied. For the mass coating of plastics such as elastomers, we offer specially developed coating systems which achieve a high and uniform coat build-up with minimal part abrasion compared to the drum processing.
